We strive to provide doorstep arrival within 60 minutes of booking confirmation during regular operating hours across all designated service sectors. Arrival timings may be subject to minor adjustments based on extreme weather, high traffic, or force majeure events.
Our senior technician will conduct a comprehensive diagnostic on your appliance and present a clear, itemized quote explaining the required parts. Repair work commences strictly after your verbal/written approval. All replaced components are 100% genuine factory spares.
All replaced spare parts and repair labor are covered under an official 90-day warranty starting from the date of service completion as recorded on your digital invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and recurring faults on the specific replaced parts.
We do not demand advance payments before repair completion. Payment is due only after your appliance has been fully serviced, live-tested, and verified to your satisfaction. Payments can be completed safely via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash.
